 有些事情不定下一個限期給自己的話
實在提不起勁去完成它

睡了6小時  自動醒了 過後睡不著
即是又要用提神的飲料來支持....damn

6小時睡眠其實也算足夠.不夠的話.再假寐1.5小時吧. 之後是午睡.LUNCH TIME 閉目十五分鐘 .頂得上連瞓八個鐘 摘自某分割式睡眠法

"即是[又]要用提神" 是指經常失眠嗎@@? TAKE CARE

倒也不是經常
剛巧早一天睡眠不足
要喝奶茶提神吧
不過好像漸漸失效了.....
